Job Summary
REQUIREMENTS:
- Matric, driver’s license & own transport essential
- Excellent communication skills & well groomed
- Computer Literate – Word and Excel
- Previous experience in Payprop or Red Rabbit advantageous
- Energetic person who likes to be busy and is an excellent team player
- Well spoken in English and Afrikaans
- Confident personality who is self-managed and highly organised
DUTIES:
- Maintaining good relationships with clients and suppliers
- Scheduling maintenance activities with plumbers, electricians etc
- Coordinating repairs when issues arise within the building, contacting appropriate contractors and maintenance staff
- Obtaining quotes for repairs and overseeing the completion of the work
- Regular inspections of the buildings to identify potential problems before they escalate
- Maintaining allocated budget, tracking expenses, prioritizing needs, and finding cost-effective solutions
- Ensuring that maintenance activities comply with relevant regulations and safety standards
- Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, inspections, and service contracts, utilizing the CRM systems
- Effective communication with relevant parties regarding scheduled maintenance
